Dear visitors,

According to the Decision of the Romanian Government no. 1130 / 2021 for the amendment of annexes 2 and 3 to the Government Decision no. 1090/2021 regarding the extension of the alert status on the Romanian territory starting with October 10, 2021, as well as the establishment of the measures applied during it for the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic, in force from October 25, 2021 and in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Culture no. 3245/1805/2020 on measures to prevent contamination with the new Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and to ensure safe health activities in the field of culture, in force since 26 October 2020,

public access to the museum is done under the following conditions:

(2) Under the conditions of art. 5 par. (2) lit. d) measures to protect life and to limit the effects of the type of risk produced on the health of persons, including the establishment of quarantine or isolation at home) of Law no. 55/2020, with subsequent amendments and completions, access is allowed, according to art. 12 par. (4) of annex no. 3

  • Only persons who are vaccinated against the SARS-CoV-2 virus and for whom 10 days have elapsed since the completion of the complete vaccination schedule;
  • People who test negative for an RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection no older than 72 hours or a certified negative rapid antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection no older than 72 hours 48 hours;
  • Persons in the period between the 15th and 180th day after confirmation of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection;
  • The visitors are obliged to prove the situations provided above through the European Union Digital Certificates on COVID-19, in accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 68/2021 on the adoption of measures for the implementation of the European framework for the issuance, verification and acceptance of the European Union digital certificate on COVID to facilitate free movement during the COVID-19 pandemic, as subsequently amended and supplemented;
  • In the case of visitors from countries whose authorities do not issue European Union digital certificates on COVID-19 or documents compatible with these certificates, proof of the situations described above shall be provided by means of a document, on paper or in electronic format, which certify vaccination, testing or cure of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection.

The visit in the museum continues only:

  • in the conditions of wearing the mask (medical / non-medical) during the whole visit to the museum; to provide effective protection, the mask must cover the mouth and nose;
  • with non-contact thermometry; people who refuse to have their temperature checked will not have access to the museum;
  • with the observance by the participants of the distance of at least 2 m; limiting the access of the visiting public so as to ensure a distance of at least 2 m between any two persons, but not exceeding 50% of the maximum capacity of the space;
  • disinfection of hands with alcohol-based disinfectant approved by the Ministry of Health which is made available at the entrance to the museum;
  • with the use of carpets with disinfectant for shoes at the entrance to the museum;
  • we encourage the use of contactless card or telephone payment; also, you can use the on-line payment to buy tickets
  •  At the entrance to the museum, an observational triage will be performed and access will not be allowed to people who show symptoms of respiratory infection (cough, sneezing, rhinorrhea);

The measures do not apply to persons who are under 12 years old and are accompanied by a person who is 18 years of age or older and who have been vaccinated against the SARS-CoV-2 virus and for whom they have passed 10 days from the completion of the complete vaccination schedule, respectively which is in the period between the 15th day and the 180th day after the confirmation of the SARS-CoV-2 virus infection.
